Brancaleone project is an ensemble made up of Giuseppe Spedicato on tuba, Rocco Nigro on accordion and Giorgio Distante on trumpet, three musicians that with their instruments have supported some of the most representative musical projects born in Puglia in recent years. The three musicians have channeled their experiences and their skills into this new original project with new instrumentation which, despite being born recently, was able to immediately interest the choreographer and dancer Fredy Franzutti who wanted their original music in "La luna dei Borboni", an original choreography by the Southern Ballet inspired by the work by Vittorio Bodini. The show was previewed at the Apollo Theater in Lecce and successfully replicated in various national festivals and theaters and also in Spain.
